Travelling to Bali
What to know before you book
Flights
Flights to Denpasar are booked by you or as a group package. Book after your seat is confirmed.
Transfers
Airport transfers to the venue included or not.
Passports
Register with your name exactly as it is on your passport. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
Tax collected at source
TCS applies to overseas tour packages. The exact amount is confirmed after the CA signs off.
What time should I arrive?
Before 10 AM on Day 1; the first session starts at 11 AM. Check-in opens at 11 AM and rooms are handed over at about 1 PM. A room is kept for early arrivals to freshen up.
What are the meals?
Lunch, high tea and dinner on Day 1; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Day 2; breakfast, tea and lunch on Day 3. Have breakfast on the way on Day 1, or tell us in advance if you need it at the hotel.
Is there parking?
Parking details for the venue.
What should I bring?
A photo ID card for check-in, comfortable clothes for the 6 AM sessions, clothes for the weather, your medicines, your phone and earphones, and a water bottle. Your notebook and name-engraved pen come in the welcome kit. See the full travel checklist.
