Refund and cancellation
What happens if you cancel, transfer or can't attend, and how refunds are paid.

If you cancel
- More than X days before the start date: full refund, less a processing fee of ₹X.
- Between X and Y days before: X% refund, or a free transfer to a later batch.
- Less than Y days before, or if you don't attend: no refund; a transfer may be possible if a seat is free.
Transfer to a later batch
Free up to X days before the start date, once per registration. The later batch's price applies if it is different.
If we cancel
If we cancel or move a workshop to new dates that don't suit you, you get a full refund, including any fees.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp or contact us with your name and registration number.
