Who we are

WISHualization® is run by legal name of the entity, registered address (“we”, “us”). Until the programme's own entity is registered, registrations, payments and invoices are handled by Talent Factory legal name, address and GSTIN.

Who may register

Participants must be 18 or older confirm. One registration is for one person and is not transferable to someone else without our written agreement.

Booking and payment

Your seat is confirmed when your payment is received and you get the e-ticket. Prices are in Indian rupees including or plus GST. Cancellations, transfers and refunds follow the refund and cancellation policy.

Changes to a workshop

We may change the venue within the same city, or the order of sessions. If we change the dates or cancel, you may transfer to another batch or get a full refund.

In the room

Be respectful of other participants. What is shared in the room stays there. You may skip any exercise. We may ask anyone who disturbs the workshop or others to leave, without a refund.

Photos and videos

Photos and videos are taken during the workshop. We use a photo or video in which you can be recognised only with your written consent, and you can withdraw that consent later.

WISHualization® materials

WISHualization® is a registered trademark. The workbook, audio, slides and methods are for your personal use and may not be copied, recorded, taught or sold without our written permission.

Member app

Your account is personal. Keep your login to yourself. We may suspend an account that is misused.

Limits of liability

WISHualization is a personal-growth programme. We are not liable for decisions you make or results you get. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the workshop.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in city have jurisdiction.
