Who we are
WISHualization® is run by legal name of the entity, registered address (“we”, “us”). Until the programme's own entity is registered, registrations, payments and invoices are handled by Talent Factory legal name, address and GSTIN.
What we collect
- When you book: name, WhatsApp number, email, city, room and food preference, emergency contact, the name to engrave on your pen, how you heard about us, a referral code and, if you add them, your company name and GSTIN. We record the date and time you agreed to the terms and to WhatsApp messages.
- When you pay: the amount, the payment method and its reference number. For UPI or bank transfer, the transaction reference you type.
- When you fill a form: the details you type, such as for the free intro session, a story or an enquiry.
- In the member area: your sign-in email (you get a 6-digit code; there is no password), your pre-work answers and scores, your daily practice ticks, your re-scores, and your notification settings. If you choose to use them: your own audio affirmation recording, your wish board and its photos, your scene, path card, 90-day plans, journal and session notes, and the posts you share with the community.
- Phone notifications: if you turn them on, the address your browser gives us for sending them.
- Photos you upload are saved again by us at a smaller size, which removes the location and camera details phones add.
- Photos and videos from the workshop, and stories, only with your written consent.
- Website use: anonymous analytics, only after you accept cookies.
Why we use it
- To confirm your seat, send your e-ticket, invoice and reminders, and run the workshop.
- To run the year of online sessions and the member area: reminders for live sessions, your practice reminder at the time you choose, and re-score reminders at months 3, 6 and 12.
- To put you in touch with your practice partner from your batch, who sees your name, your WhatsApp number and, if you allow it, your practice streak. Never your wishes.
- To answer your questions and enquiries.
- To send WhatsApp messages, only if you agreed to them. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP.
- To meet legal and tax duties, such as GST invoices.
Payments
UPI and bank transfers go straight into our own bank account; we match the reference you type with our bank statement. Card, net banking and EMI payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login. From Razorpay we receive only the payment status and a reference number.
Your wishes and journal
Your wish board, scene, path card, 90-day plans, journal, session notes and audio affirmation are private. Other members cannot see them, and our admin has no screen that shows them. The written parts are stored encrypted; only the site's own key, kept on our hosting, can open them, and we use it only to give you a copy of your data. Your Self-Rating answers are private too: the team sees only the total. The team can see how many days you practised, so that your coach can encourage you.
What you post in the community is seen by your batch, or by all members if it is a story, after our team approves it. Share your practice and your progress; keep the wish itself private until it is fulfilled.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the programme: Razorpay (card payments), our email and WhatsApp providers, our hosting provider names, Zoom for the live sessions (Zoom's own privacy policy applies when you join), and the venue (your name, room and food preference). If you turn on phone notifications, the push service of your browser (Google, Apple or Mozilla) receives only an empty wake-up signal, never the message itself. We do not sell your data.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load only after you accept cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the link in the footer. The member area uses only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and to remember your language.
How long we keep it
Registration and invoice records: as long as tax law requires 8 years. Member area data: while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to close it, except invoices. Community posts stay until you ask us to remove them. Notifications you have read are cleared after 120 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw a consent you gave, and nominate someone to act for you. In the member area, My details › Download my data gives you a copy of everything we keep about you, including your private pages, and Ask to delete my account sends us your request. You can also write to the grievance officer below; we reply within 30 days.
